~Jen Kutsch

Hi, I’m Jen Kutsch, owner of ThriveWise Senior Solutions, dedicated to helping aging adults and their families navigate life’s big changes with compassion, clarity, and dignity.
My passion for this work comes from a deeply personal place. When my dad passed away unexpectedly, my mom was left with the home they had dreamed of turning into their forever home. Without him, the repairs and upkeep became too much for her to manage alone. My siblings and I walked alongside her through the emotional and practical challenges of selling the house “as is” and finding a new home that was safe, comfortable, and more manageable. That experience opened my eyes to how overwhelming these transitions can be—and how much easier they are when the right help is available.
Today, I combine my background in real estate with a heartfelt mission: to make sure seniors and their families never feel alone in this process. Whether it’s selling a home, downsizing, or connecting with trusted professionals for services like home healthcare, legal guidance, lawn care, or home maintenance, my goal is to create a supportive network that makes these decisions less stressful and more empowering.
Outside of my work, I’m happily married, a proud mom to an amazing daughter, and a grandmother to four beautiful grandchildren who fill my life with joy. I love to travel, hike, camp, and spend time in nature with my husband, Rob, and my family.
For me, this work is more than a career—it’s a calling to honor the lives, legacies, and dignity of the older generation, ensuring they have the resources, guidance, and respect they deserve.

Too often, aging adults are pressured to make fast decisions about their home—decisions that affect their safety, their finances, and their peace of mind.
I created this service to offer something different: a calm, clear, human-centered approach that puts your values and wellbeing first. I’m here to listen, simplify, and serve—not sell.
This isn’t just about real estate. It’s about honoring your life, your legacy, and your future.
